When I open OWA on Google Chrome, everything works normally (minus the S/MIME functions, of course, which are not supported in Chrome). This seems to be a known issue in OWA, at least based on the thread I linked to above. Is there something I need to do to my computer for the S/MIME control to work? They're able to access mail and use encryption through Outlook, but it would be a big help to get it.
